Refund policy

At Gorilla Jack’d®, we stand behind the quality and durability of our anchors. Every Gorilla Jack’d® anchor is backed by a 3-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty & Replacements

If you believe your anchor has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with photos and a description of the issue. In some cases, we may require the anchor to be returned for inspection before approving a replacement.

If a defect is confirmed, we will replace the anchor with a new one at no additional cost.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not issued without first inspecting the returned anchor. All return and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
